CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind within seven days of making your booking, you can receive a full refund by emailing Travel-and-Type at info@travelandtype.com. This offer applies only if your original booking was made more than five weeks ahead of the course on which you had booked a place.

If the seven-day period has elapsed, you are entitled to a 75% refund if the cancellation is made more than four weeks ahead of the course on which you had booked a place.

Because of Travel-and-Type's liabilities to the hotels hosting the workshops, bookings are not refundable if the cancellation is made within four weeks of the course on which you had booked a place.

If you do not attend the course, in whole or part, you are not entitled to any refund.

If your course is cancelled by Travel-and-Type or by the hotel hosting the course, you will receive a full refund of course fees. There will be no refund of expenses incurred for travel or other costs.

TRANSFER OF A COURSE PLACE

You can transfer your booking to an alternative venue depending on availablity of space and at the discretion of Travel-and-Type.

COURSE ALTERATION

Travel-and-Type reserves the right to alter any part of the course without notice.
